TeamOS ("we", "us", "the app") helps local sports teams manage their roster, invite players, and track availability for matches and practices. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and your choices.
TeamOS is developed and operated by Shaik Abdul Rahman (individual developer), the entity listed as the developer of TeamOS on Google Play. For any privacy questions or data-deletion requests, contact us at shakeabdulrahman@gmail.com.
Data is stored and processed using Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Messaging) on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted by security rules so only you and members of your teams can see the relevant data.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your data is restricted by Firebase Authentication and server-side security rules, so only you and members of your teams can read the relevant records. We follow least-privilege access and do not expose your data publicly.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising. Your name, photo, mobile number, role, and availability are visible to members of teams you belong to, which is the core purpose of the app. We share data with service providers (Google Firebase) only as needed to run the app.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time directly in the app (Settings → Delete account), which removes your profile, memberships, availability responses, invitations, and notification tokens from our systems. You can also request deletion by emailing us at the address below. Team content you created may be retained in anonymized form where needed for other members.
TeamOS is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
